The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during Dec. 21-27, answered 1,145 calls, including 51 that were booked on a total of 111 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Matthew Scott Cohen, 21, of 199 Commitment Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 21 for false statements in matters within jurisdiction of the state. Cohen was released on $5,000 bond.

Michael Eugene Morgan, 37, of 146 Bill Stewart Road, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Dec. 21 for fugitive from justice and hold for Hamilton County, Tenn. Sheriff’s Office. Morgan waived Extradition and was released to Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Jarvis Ramaro Battle, 27, of 4405 Locksley Lane, Chattanooga, Tenn. was arrested Dec. 23 for crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants or drugs, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving on revoked or suspended license and affixing or removing tag to conceal vehicle id. Battle was released on $13,200 bond.

Robert Franklin Cox, 45, of 259 Knob Drive, Carrolton, was arrested Dec. 24 for probation violation.

Kelly Wayne Pavlik, 37, of 60 Peach Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 26 for aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, battery under the family violence act, obstruction of a 911 call, criminal attempt to commit theft by taking and public drunkenness. Bond has been set at $18,500. Pavlik remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kenny Lynn Arnold, 33, of 319 Tuck Road, McMinnville, Tenn. was arrested Dec. 27 for probation violation.

Phillip Justin Coley, 31, of 82 Leppeiz Trail, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Dec. 27 for failure to register as a sex offender. Coley was released on $5,000 bond.

Tony Dewayne Wood, 59, of 199 KOA Blvd., Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 27 for a bench warrant and bond surrender for failure to register as a sex offender.
