The old Rossville Middle School representative said someone stole three heating and air conditioning units from the roof of the school. According to Rossville police reports, sometime between May 7 and May 14, the conditioners were stolen. The estimated value of the items is $15,000.

Robber steals from man in wheelchair in Rossville

A Rossville man was robbed while in his wheelchair on James Street. According to Rossville police reports, on May 2, at 4:10 p.m. the man was robbed of $410 and his wallet.

Auto theft at Rossville auto dealership

A $2,500 white Dodge Neon, with a big dent in the driver’s side door, was stolen from Lecory Auto Sales in Rossville. According to Rossville police reports, sometime between May 2, at around 6:30 p.m., and May 3, around 8 a.m., someone stole the vehicle from the lot. The vehicle’s VIN number is 1B3ES26C62D557098.

Pistol stolen from Rossville residence

A Rossville man said as he returned home on Chickamauga Avenue from the park, he noticed someone had climbed up to his deck door and broken in and trashed the residence and stole his blue Beretta P-21A .22-caliber automatic pistol from his zip up case. According to Rossville police reports, on May 6, sometime between 5 p.m. and 7:03 p.m., the residence was broken into through the door and the firearm was stolen. The estimated cost of the firearm is $350.

Playstation, games, drill, and coin jar stolen from Rossville residence

A Rossville woman said someone broke into her residence off West Crest Road and stole a Sony Playstation 2 with various games, a Ryobi 18-volt drill and a coin jar with $45 in it. According to Rossville police reports, on May 12, sometime between 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m., the items were stolen and entry was made by breaking a window in the basement garage. The estimated value of items stolen is $470.

Heating-air unit and copper waterpipes stolen from Rossville residence

A Rossville woman said someone stole her heating and air conditioning unit from a concrete pad on the west side of the residence, as well as all of the copper water pipes from her crawl space at her home off of East Gordon Avenue. According to Rossville police reports, sometime between May 13 and May 15, the items were stolen that included the two-ton heating and air unit and the copper water pipes. The estimated total in items stolen is $2,500.

Rossville man said someone stole his deceased uncle’s air compressor

A Rossville man said he someone stole various items from his deceased uncle’s residence, including a yellow air compressor off, of Hickory Street. According to Rossville police reports, sometime between May 5 and May 16, the vehicle was broken into, the outside building was cut into, and various items were stolen, as well as the yellow air compressor. The estimated value of the stolen items is $300.

Stove and metal roofing sheets stolen from Rossville residence

A Rossville man said someone went onto his property off of West Gordon Avenue and stole 12 red metal roofing sheets and an inside-the-counter oven-stove combo from behind his property. According to Rossville police reports, sometime between May 18 and May 19, the items were stolen. A witness said that on May 18 at 4:30 p.m. he saw two black males loading the items into a red and white truck. The estimated total of items stolen is $1,100.
