Kiwanis Club of Ringgold highlights its dedication to the works of Catoosa County Habitat for Humanity through its latest donation.
“This is an important aspect of what we do each year to help in the community,” said Kiwanis president Jim Cutler. “While many people don’t have the time to pick up a hammer and spend a day on a work site, they support our annual reverse raffle, enjoy a pleasant dinner, and have a fun evening which helps a local family get a chance to have a home of their own.”
The Kiwanis Club of Ringgold hosts a Habitat fundraising event each year in the fall at The Colonnade in Ringgold.
The Kiwanis Club of Ringgold meets Tuesdays at 7 a.m., at the First Baptist Church of Ringgold for breakfast.
