Arrests

Brittany Lynne Sirota, 26, of 619 Flagstone Drive, Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 27, for criminal damage to property in the 1st degree under the family violence act, disorderly conduct, and pedestrian under the influence. Sirota was released on $3,000 bond.

Larry Lamar Brackett, 26, of 101 Candra Lane, Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Nov. 27, for bond surrender-possession of Schedule II drugs, bond surrender-tampering with evidence, bond surrender-possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and hold for another agency. Bond has been set at $15,000. Brackett was released on a $15,000 bond.

Adam Lebron Bradley, 28, of 43 Deakins Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 27, for battery under the family violence act, three counts of cruelty to children in the 3rd degree, and terroristic threats and acts. Bradley was released on a $15,000 bond.

Brandon Kyle Brown, 24, of 136 Laurel Trail, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 28, for probation violation.

Kim Elaine Gainor Dwight, 40, of 640 Ledford Ave., Dalton, was arrested on Nov. 30, for 2 counts of possession of Schedule II drug, 2 counts of conspiracy to violate Georgia control substance act and a special presentment war-rant.

George Thomas Casteel, 50, of 92 Karen Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 30, for probation violation.

Danielle Renee Smith, 22, of 339 Bookout Road, Ringgold was arrested on Nov. 30, for shoplifting. Smith was re-leased on a $2,500 bond.

Byna Renee McDonald, 25, of 88 Morrow Lane, Rossville was arrested on Nov. 30, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. McDonald was released on a $5,000 Bond.

David Leon Knight, 26, of 88 Morrow Lane, Rossville was arrested on Nov. 30, for possession of marijuana with in-tent to distribute. Knight was released on a $5,000 Bond.

Samuel Ray McDowell, 43, of 1882 Day Long Place, Chattanooga, was arrested on Nov. 30, for possession of Schedule II drug and criminal attempt–manufacture methamphetamine.

David Matthew Tarpley, 18, of 2545 Catoosa Parkway, Tunnel Hill was arrested on Dec. 2, for burglary.

Daniel Heath Harden, 33, of 7710 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, was arrested on Dec. 2, for burglary.

Daniel Everett Hughes, 52, of 4208 Green Shanty Road, Ooltewah, was arrested on Dec. 2, for burglary. Bond has been set at $5,000.

Delilah Beth Veach, 21, of 1007 Carline Drive, Rossville was arrested on Dec. 2, for probation violation.

Timothy Moulya Sexton, 34, of 213 Beaverdale Road, Dalton was arrested on Dec. 3, for probation violation.

Michael Antonio Hickman, 48, of 608 N. Highland Park, Chattanooga, was arrested on Dec. 3, for aggravated as-sault, hijacking of a motor vehicle, armed robbery, obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers, public drunk, and possession of a firearm of knife while trying to commit crimes.
