The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Department, during Nov. 6-12, answered 1,391 calls, including 77 that were booked on a total of 147 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

L C Carter, 45, of 3745 Hurricane Road, Rocky Face, was arrested on Nov. 6, for fleeing or attempting to elude, proof of insurance required, weaving, probation violation and parole violation.

Christopher Brandon Miller, 26, of 95 Carmel, Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 6, for fugitive from another state and hold for another agency.

Nicholas Ryan Carter, 19, of 607 Nye Circle Chattanooga, was arrested on Nov. 6, for possession of Schedule II drug, possession of Schedule III drugs, seat belt violation, proof of insurance required, possession of marijuana less 1oz, driving under the influence of drugs and turning movements, signals required, lane change, slow/stop. Carter was released on a $16,500 bond.

Larry Wayne Smith, 63, of 607 Cyler St., Dalton, GA, was arrested on Nov. 8, for failure to register as a sex offender. Smith was released on a $5,000 bond.

Dallas Michael Kirby, 18, of 112 Regina Lane Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 9, for possession of Schedule IV drugs. Kirby was released on a $4,000 bond.

Brian Gregory Allen, 18, of 37 Hullender Terrance, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 9, for possession of Schedule IV drugs. Allen was released on a $4,000 bond.

Chase Warren Carver, 27, of 112 Wawonda Drive, Wildwood, was arrested on Nov. 9, for a felony bond surrender for theft by taking. Carver was released on a $5,000 bond.

Andrew Shawn Hughes, 24, of 148 Hillview Drive, Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Nov. 9, for probation violation.

Larry Eugene Williams, 53, of 10064 Sunny Lane, Collegedale, Tenn., was arrested on Nov. 9, for two counts of forgery in the first degree. Williams was released on a $7,000 bond.

Justin Lee McGowan, 19, of 98 Lylac Lane, Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 10, for possession of Schedule IV drugs with intent to distribute. McGowan was release on a $5,000 bond.

Johnathan Lee Whittemore, 17, of 385 Whittemore Hollow Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 10th, for possession of Schedule IV drugs, and reckless conduct. Whittemore was released on a $5,000 bond.

Colby Jarred Youngblood, 17, of 70 Hillside Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 10, for possession of Schedule IV drugs. Youngblood was released on a $4,000 bond.

Dana Denise Lollar, 33, of 1212 Seminole Drive, Dalton, was arrested on Nov. 10, for probation violation.

Christopher Eugene Driver, 28, of 486 Steel Road, Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 10, for probation violation.

Michael Jerry Hubbard II, 24, of 601 Karen Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 10, for terroristic threats and acts. Bond has been set at $2500.

George Anthony Walker, 43, of 5962 Hunter Road, Ooltewah, Tenn., was arrested on Nov. 10, for burglary, theft by shoplifting, and two counts of theft by taking. Bond has been set at $17,500.

Gregory Kenneth Wood, 28, of 1041 Harvest Knoll Lane, Soddy Daisy, Tenn., was arrested on Nov. 10, for probation violation.

Brandon Jay Morcombe, 24, of 6640 Ga. 136 E., Trenton, was arrested on Nov. 12th, for aggravated battery, battery, and riot in a penal institution.

Edwina Fay Hires, 37, of 1830 Fant Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Nov. 11, for a special presentment warrant.

Raymond James Hires, 51, of 1830 Fant Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Nov. 11, for a special presentment warrant.

Daniel Martinez, 33, of 1518 Dixie Lee Circle, Lenoir, Tenn., was arrested on Nov. 11, for parole violation.
