The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Department, during Oct. 16-22, answered 1,400 calls, including 72 that were booked on a total of 138 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Dorthorya Michelle Stargell, 42, of 1208 Oglethorpe Ridge, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Oct. 16 for theft by bringing stolen property into state. Stargell was released on $5,000 bond.

Shannon Yvonne Waters, 32, of 402 Hollywood Drive Rossville, was arrested Oct. 16 for parole violation.

Tammy Deanne Todd, 43, of 2308 Barbara Lane V-1, Soddy-Daisy, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 16 for a bench warrant for possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs and shoplifting. Bench warrant was vacated and Todd released.

Tracy Lamont Green, 36, of 316 Peters St., SW Atlanta, was arrested on Oct. 16 for forgery in the first degree. Bond had been set at $3,500.

Jeffery William Windbigler, 29, of 815 Rogers St., Toledo, Ohio, was arrested on Oct. 16 for bail jumping and a bench warrant.

Laneeka Monee Eldridge, 25, of 2573 Carline Road Rossville, was arrested on Oct. 16 for theft by shoplifting, contributing to delinquency of a minor, probation violation, possession of tools for the commission of crime, and hold for other agency. Bond has been set at $8,500.

Pamela Allison Henderson, 43, of 415 Wheeler Dam Road, Cohutta, was arrested on Oct. 16 for criminal trespass, possession of marijuana less than 1 oz., stalking, and burglary. Bond has been set at $14,000.

David Scott Paynter, 29, of 54 Ballew Road, Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Oct. 18 for four counts of burglary. Bond has been set at $20,000.

Benjamin Thomas Bodey, 33, of 973½ W. Elmwood Drive, Chattanooga, was arrested on Oct. 18 for possession of Schedule IV drugs and drugs to be kept in original container. Bodey was released on $7,000 bond.

Michelle Paulette Nassour, 32, of 1022 Riverbend Drive, Chattanooga, was arrested Oct. 18 for possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs, and drugs to be kept in original container. Nassour was released on $11,500 bond.

Todd Brian McAdoo, 41, of 1401 Clinche Ave., Knoxville, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 18 for possession of dangerous drugs, criminal attempt of child molestation and computer pornography and child exploitation act of 1999. McAdoo was released on $22,500 bond.

James Edward Alexander, 38, of 2100 Suck Creek Road, Suck Creek, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 19 for probation violation.

Ernest Leroy Bates, 61, of 4220 Burning Bush Road, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 19 for probation violation.

Alexander Brandon Compton, 17, of 996 Colony Circle, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Oct. 19 for two counts of child molestation. Bond has been at $10,000.

Richard Wayne Harmon, 24, of 72 Sharon Lane, Ringgold, was arrested on Oct. 20 for burglary. Harmon was released on $5,000 bond.

Keith Ward McDonald, 43, of 4203 Lundy Mountain Lane, Signal Mountain, Tenn., was arrested on Oct. 20 for probation violation.

Kaeli Waymon Ellison, 19, of 227 Mitchell Lane, Rossville, was arrested on Oct. 20 for entering an auto and financial transaction card fraud. Ellison was released on $10,000 bond.

Ruth Ashley Randolph, 22, of 3605 Fifth Ave., Chattanooga, was arrested on Oct. 21 for possession of Schedule II drugs, obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers, drugs to be kept in original container and hold for other agency. Randolph was released on $9,500 bond.

Jennifer Johnson Ellison, 48, of 277 Mitchell Lane, Rossville, was arrested on Oct. 22 for obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers and theft by receiving stolen property. Ellison was released on $7,500 bond.

Stephen Paul Chastain, 38, of 415 Glenn St., Lafayette, was arrested on Oct. 22 for probation violation.

Timothy James Chambers, 20, of 366 Arabian Drive, Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Oct. 22 for possession of Schedule II drugs, theft by taking, and possession of marijuana less than one ounce. Bond has been set at $12,000.
