Arrests

Travis Miller, 30, of 405 Taylor St., Athens, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with driving without license, expired registration, and carrying concealed weapon.

Vondae Taylor, 19, of 1830 Fant Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with battery.

Laneeka Eldridge, 25, of 2573 Carline Road, Rossville, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with shoplifting, contributing to delinquency of minor, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and probation violation.

Dustin Dilbeck, 20, of 2716 Waring Road, Dalton, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with failure to appear.

Daniel Tolan, 49, homeless, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with public drunk.

Michelle Swink, 40, of 1437 Palisades Road, Signal Mountain, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with driving while suspended and speeding.

Heather Whitworth, 24, of 908 Oglethorpe Ridge Lane, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with furnishing alcohol to minors.

Tracey Heet, 30, of 3937 Chattanooga Valley Road, Flintstone, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with shoplifting.

Donnie Blakemore, 34, of 103 Mayfair Lane, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass.

Daniel Quinn, 45, of 256 Grant Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Oct. 18 and charged with D.U.I. and failure to maintain lane.

Kelly Tankersley, 39, of 39 S. Glade Road, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Oct. 18 and charged with driving while suspended.

Benjamin Bodey, 33, of 973 Elmwood Drive, Chattanooga, was arrested on Oct. 18 and charged with violation of Georgia controlled substance act and drugs not in original container.

Rachel Bartley, 18, of 5550 Clements Road, East Ridge, was arrested on Oct. 20 and charged with shoplifting.

Samantha Daugherty, 29, of 2191 Old Harrison Pike, Cleveland, was arrested on Oct. 20 and charged with shoplifting.

Dawn Forgey, 23, of 404 West Gordon Ave., Rossville, was arrested on Oct. 21 and charged with D.U.I., D.U.I. endangering child, obstruction, no valid insurance, open container, weaving on roadway.

Ruth Randolph, 22, of 3605 5th Ave., Chattanooga, was arrested on Oct. 21 and charged with violation of Georgia controlled substance act, drugs not in original container, obstruction, and giving false information.

Terry Randolph, 35, of 1101 E. 33rd St., Chattanooga, was arrested on Oct. 21 and charged with obstruction and giving false information.

James Silver Jr., 33, of 142 Park St., Chickamauga, was arrested on Oct. 21 and charged with probation violation.
