Laneeka Eldridge, 25, of 2573 Carline Road, Rossville, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with shoplifting, contributing to delinquency of minor, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and probation violation.

Dustin Dilbeck, 20, of 2716 Waring Road, Dalton, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with failure to appear.
