ArrestsJoel Lamar Pemberton, 37, of 261 Marble Top Road, Chickamauga, was arrested on Oct. 9, for probation violation. Pemberton was released on $5,000 bond.
Joshua Adam Hughes, 20, of 1652 Lake Road Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Oct. 9, for escape.
Thomas Coy Ivester, 20, of 36 Park Drive Rossville, was arrested on Oct. 9, for burglary. Bond has been set at $5,000.
Justin Boyd Epperson, 37, of 728 Bacon Trail Chattanooga, was arrested on Oct. 9, for false imprisonment, possession of Schedule II drugs, no insurance, suspended registration.
Chad Allen Lowe, 29, of 530 Elizabeth Crest Drive, Chattanooga, was arrested on Oct. 10, for possession of Schedule II drug and giving false name and/or address to an law enforcement officer. Bond has been set at $5,500.
Robert Michael Hubbard, 26, of 1888 Lake Road Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Oct. 11th, and charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault, false imprisonment, battery under the family violence act, and cruelty to children in the 3rd degree. Bond has been set at $31,000.
Chandra Danae Lee, 25, of 4804 N. Eldridge Road Chattanooga, was arrested on Oct. 12th, and charged with possession of Schedule IV drugs, and drugs to be kept in original container. Bond has been set at $6,500.
Harold Willis, 32, of 70 Nicole Lane Ringgold, was arrested on Oct. 12th, and charged with driving under the influence, driving without a valid license, operating vehicle without a valid tag, weaving, tire requirements, expired registration, and possession of Schedule IV drugs. Bond has been set at $9,500.
Allen Gibson, 52, of 6439 Snow Hill Road Ooltewah, was arrested on Oct. 12th, and charged with probation violation.
Dennis Burton Lewis, 48, of 4113 E. Freedom Circle Ooltewah, was arrested on Oct. 13th and charged with a felony bench warrant.
Melvin Logan Frazier, 29, of 16 Steel St. Lafayette, was arrested on Oct. 13th, and charged with theft by taking. Frazier was released on a $5,000 bond.
Devin Broyles, 23, of 1125 Third St. South Pittsburg, Tenn. was arrested on Oct. 13th, and charged with sexual exploitation of a child, and electronically furnishing obscene materials to minors.
Christopher Shan Smith, 30. Of 355 Christian Drive Chickamauga, was arrested on Oct. 13th, and charged with criminal trespass, terroristic threats and acts, and simple battery.
William Silvers Jr., 32, of 9023C Hwy 225 N. Chatsworth, was arrested on Oct. 14, for aggravated assault.
Jerry Layne Smith, 46, of 514 Kailors Cove Circle Ringgold, was arrested on Oct. 14, for aggravated assault, battery under the family violence act, terroristic threats and acts and cruelty to children 3rd degree.
Jeremiah Lee Denton, 30 of 83 Shawnee Trail, Ringgold, was arrested on Oct. 14th, and charged with probation violation.
Nancy Gallups , 59 of 1209 Indian Ave., Rossville, was arrested on Oct. 14th, and charged with probation violation and theft by taking. Bond was set at $5,781.
Joe Edgebert Timms , 47 of Homeless, was arrested on Oct. 15th, and charged with 2 counts of criminal trespass and 2 counts of terroristic threats.
