Jerry Adams, 53, of 707 Richardson St., Rossville, was arrested on Oct. 2 and charged with failure to obey traffic control device, improperly transferred plate, failure to maintain lane, driving while suspended, and D.U.I.

Kristy Forester, 37, of 1136 Clear Brook Court, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

William Brown, 39, of 137 S. Hurricane Road, Rocky Face, was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with two counts under the violation of Georgia controlled substances act, possession of drug-related objects, drugs not in original container, DUI-drugs, and driver use due care.

Brittany Bruce, 22, of 300 Catoosa St., Rossville, was arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with probation violation

Carol Stoner, 34, of 50 Long Street Road, Rossville, was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with theft by receiving stolen property, two counts under the violation of Georgia controlled substance act, suspended registration, affixing tag to misrepresent, and drugs not in original container.

Michael Yarbough, 34, of 81 Bowen Lane, Chickamauga, was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.

Christopher Evans, 18, of 11 Hickory Ridge Trail, Ringgold, was arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with DUI, underage consumption, and failure to maintain lane.

Tatum Thomas, 17, of 1755 North Boyd Drive, Rocky Face, was arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with underage consumption.

Johnny Hurst, 37, of 2506 Orear St., Chattanooga, was arrested on Oct. 6 on a warrant out of Walker County.
