Catoosa Utility District Authority chairman Jerry Lee has won re-election to the utility board.

Lee received 711 of 1,135 votes that were cast in Tuesday’s election. He needed a majority of votes — that is, 569 votes — to avoid a runoff and to win the election.

Lee was opposed by three other candidates: Phil Spencer, who received 349 votes; James Baggett, 56 votes; Bill Guinn, 11 votes. Eight ballots cast were inadmissible.
