Jerry Lee, chairman of the Catoosa Utility District, says the company spring-fed water source, Yates Spring, is “fresh and clean and back to normal operations.”

On Monday Lee announced that the nearby creek had flooded the spring.

The water company got its water from Tennessee-American and Eastside Utility District, and inadequate pipe lines called for conservation.

“I would like to thank everyone for their cooperation,” Lee said.
