The Gordon Lee Trojans (1-2) got a short touchdown burst from Zach Burns and a long scoring pass by Jake Penland in a 14-6 win at Southeast Whit-field for their first win of 2004.
Burns two-yard run came with 3:10 left in the first. The Raiders (0-2) answered later in the first, but missed the PAT.
The score would remain 7-6 until the 9:42 mark of the fourth quarter when quarter-back Garett Burgess hooked up Penland on a 33-yard play to complete the scoring.
A late fumble gave Southeast one final crack at the endzone, but Jonathan Tarvin picked off a pass to seal the win in the closing seconds.
Gordon Lee will host Alpharetta next Friday.
