Judy Miller has already celebrated her birthday, but the Rising Fawn resident can close her eyes and make another wish.

Miller can make several wishes after winning Fantasy 5 just days after her birthday. She matched all five numbers in the Fantasy 5 drawing Sept. 18 and won $263,119 before taxes.

The winning numbers for Saturday’s Fantasy 5 drawing were 4-9-11-13-33. The lucky Quik Pik ticket was purchased at Charlie’s Food Market, 3258 Chattanooga Valley Road, Flintstone.

Miller works with her husband, William, at his electronics company, Mountain Tronics. The Millers plan to save for retirement, help their children and donate to charitable organizations.

“I’m going to get my sunroom,” she said. “I’ve wanted one forever.”

The Miller family can attest to the educational benefits of Georgia Lottery proceeds. Their daughters Kelly, 27, and Karen, 25, both qualified for HOPE scholarships, and their grandson Cullen, 4, is enrolled in lottery-funded pre-kindergarten.

Georgia Lottery retailers selling winning Fantasy 5 tickets receive a retailer incentive bonus of $2,000. The retailer incentive bonus increases by $2,000 each time Fantasy 5 rolls. If more than one winning top prize ticket is sold, the retailers selling the top prize-winning tickets will share the retailer incentive bonus. Charlie’s Food Market will receive a retailer incentive bonus of $8,000.
