Nathan H.W. Smithers, son of Alvin and Konnie Smithers of Flintstone, Ga., was recently initiated into the Roger E. Kindig Squadron of the Arnold Air Society. He was also given the Honor Cadet award for superior performance. Smithers is a junior at the University of Georgia in Athens where he is an international affairs major
