State Rep. Ron Forster in conjunction with the healthcare company, Novartis, and the Georgia Department of Human Resources is conducting a townhall meeting Saturday, Aug. 27 at 1 p.m. at the Colonnade outside of Ringgold concerning prescription drugs and changes to Medicare and Medicaid
