Arrests


Allen Eugene Wooten, 85 of 114 Cherokee Valley Rd., Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 16 and charged with aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act.


Theresa Carol Billingsly, 46, of 3734 Saunders Rd., Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 17, and charged with aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act, cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act, criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act. Billingsly was released on $10,000 bond.


Clinton Travis Simpson Sr., 38, of 911 Caroline Drive, Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 18 and charged with a bench warrant.


Justin Van McClendon, 17, 208 County Rd. 207, Athens, Tenn., was arrested on Nov. 18, and charged with two counts aggravated assault, two counts of terroristic threats, two counts of reckless conduct, possession of dangerous weapon during the commission of a crime, possession of illegal weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.


Nathan Daniel Teems, 23, of 13 McKinley Lane, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 19 and charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and fugitive from another state.


Shaelina Marie Karr, 23, of 393 Coulter Rd., Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 19 and charged with arson.


Chase Warren Carver, 25, of 8 Walker Ave., Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Nov. 19 and charged with theft by taking. Carver was released on $5,000 bond.


Randall Wade Chadwick Brogdon, 23, of 112 Melody Lane, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 20 and charged with theft by taking and burglary. Bond has been set at $10,000.


Connie Euphie Center, 38, of 11901 Hwy 41, Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with financial transaction card fraud. Center was released on $1,500 bond.


Jefferson Cash Robinson, 37, of 54 Valley Breeze Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with cruelty to children. Robinson was released on $2,500 bond.


Tiffany Anne Parrott, 19, of 16817 Polo Field Lane, Louisville, Ky., was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with possession of marijuana more than one ounce and possession of schedule II. Bond has been set at $14,500.


Phillip A Jones, 20, of 3358 Newburg Rd., Louisville, Ky., was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with possession of marijuana more than one ounce and speeding. Bond has been set at $10,500.


Cheri Lynne Garson, 42, of 8431 Hart Drive, Fort Myers, Fla., was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with possession of schedule IV, DUI, following too close, and drugs not in original container.


Zachary Ryan Nichols, 20, of 6488 A Colt Lane, Harrison, Tenn., was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with aggravated battery. Nichols was released on $1,500 bond.


Jeffrey Lynn Laws, 44, of 19 Oakview Drive, Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a child.


Daniel William Sivley, 21, of 205 Mission Ridge Rd., Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with aggravated child molestation, child molestation, and statutory rape.


Vanessa Ann Nelson, 25, of 163 Hillsboro Rd., Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with influencing a witness. Nelson was released on an O/R Bond.


Charles Elwood Nelson, 27, of 163 Hillsboro Rd., Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with cruelty to children. Nelson was released on an O/R Bond.


Daniel Justin Potts, 24, of 144 Lowbarnwell Rd., Crossville, Tenn., was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with burglary, entering an auto, and theft by taking.
