Nathan Davis, 27, of 501 Timberlinks Drive, Signal Mountain, was arrested on July 24 and charged with obstruction, expired tag, windshield requirements, and active warrant.

Patty Gillian, 34, of 253 Brownwood Circle, Ringgold, was arrested on July 24 and charged with V.G.C.S.A.
