Arrests


Jonathan Scott Thomas, 29, of 580 Friendship Road, Chickamauga was arrested on May 22, and charged with terroristic threats. Thomas was released on a $5,000 bond.


Ronald Joe Parks, 50, of 38 Sampson Lane Tunnel Hill was arrested on May 22, and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs, distributing Schedule II drugs, and probation violation.


Mary Anne Parks, 51, of 38 Sampson Lane, Tunnel Hill was arrested on May 22, and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs and distributing Schedule II drugs.


Joyce Ann Bowen, 44, of 101 Candra Lane, Tunnel Hill was arrested on May 22, and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs. Bowen was released on a $10,000 bond.


Larry Lamar Brackett, 25, of 101 Candra Lane, Tunnel Hill was arrested on May 22, and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs. Brackett was released on a $15,000 bond.


Anthony Brady Bowen, 45, of 101 Candra Lane, Tunnel Hill was arrested on May 22, and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs. Bowen was released on a $4,500 bond.


Donald Thomas Brackett, 28, of 101 Candra Lane, Tunnel Hill was arrested on May 22, and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs. Brackett was released on a $4,500 bond.


Paul Dana Mcallister, 38, of 1337 Hwy 41, Ringgold was arrested on May 23, and charged with probation violation.
Chadwick Parker Cook, 28, 1263 Dirby Drive, Cohutta was arrested on May 24, and charged with D.U.I. drugs, two counts of D.U.I. child endangerment, hit and run, reckless driving, no brakes, tire requirements, broken windshield, possession of Schedule IV drugs, drugs not in original container. Cook was released on a $15,000 bond.
Sara Lee Hawkins, 40, of 149 Knollwood Drive, Ringgold was arrested on May 24, and charged with false statements. Hawkins was released on a $2,500.


Thomas Coy Ivester, 19, of 36 Park Drive, Rossville was arrested on May 26, and charged with Possession of Schedule IV drugs. Ivester was released on a $7,000 bond.


Jeremy Neal Stoker, 24, of 276 Whitmore Hollow Road, Ringgold was arrested on May 26, and charged with probation violation.
Charles Daniel Kelly III, 19, of 75 Grant Drive, Ringgold was arrested on May 26, and charged with burglary. Bond has been set at $5,000.
Jacob Nathaniel Fisher, 21, of 331 Sage Brush Lane, Rossville was arrested on May 26, and charged with burglary, tools for the commission of a crime, and approval of the F.D.A as a prerequisite to sell controlled substance.
Ray Rlander Mahan, 31, of 40 Pegram Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested on May 26, and charged with battery under the family violence act, and false imprisonment. Mahan was released on a $5,000.



Terry Joe Higdon, 41, of 15123 Dayton Pike, Sale Creek, Tenn., was arrested on May 26, and charged with probation violation.
Jack Adrian Saltzgiver, 71, of 5117 Hwy 151, LaFayette was arrested on May 27, and charged with probation violation. Saltzgiver was released on a $5,000 bond.


Phillip Lamar Byrd, 29, of 445 Bonavista Lane, Tunnel Hill was arrested on May 27, and charged with probation violation, burglary, theft by taking.
Robert Sisson, 20, of 1265 County Line Road, LaFayette was arrested on May 27, and charged with probation violation.
Michael Dewayne Garner, 33, of 1021 Waters Drive, Ringgold was arrested on May 27, and charged with probation violation.
Christopher Dewayne Johnson, 35, of 553 Hills, Lafayette was arrested on May 28, and charged with probation violation.
Xavier Antwan Sullivan, 34, of 1521 Bolder Woods Circle, Atlanta was arrested on May 28, and charged with probation violation.
Zachary Watkins, 17, of 1335 Clearbrook Court, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested on May 28, and charged with burglary. Bond has been set at $5,000.


Charles Williams, age37, of 253 Dodd Road, LaFayette was arrested on May 28, and charged with parole violation.
Ryan Bishop Austin, 27, of 2287 Ooltewah-Ringgold Road, Ooltewah, Tenn., was arrested on May 2, and charged with probation violation.
