The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during Feb. 15-21, answered 1,525 calls, including 54 that were booked on a total of 141 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Edward Luke Summey Jr., 35, of 820 Graysville Road, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 15 for probation violation.

Joseph Van Middleton, 27, of 421 Saddle Horse Circle, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Feb. 16 for probation violation.

Curtis Edward Hammontree, 32, of 354 Massingale Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 17 for probation violation.

Mitchell Ray Frady, 33, of 201 Eads St., East Ridge, Tenn., was arrested Feb. 18 for burglary first degree, theft by taking and hold for Walker County Sheriff’s Office.

Johnathan Lee Whittemore, 20, of 385 Whittemore Hollow Road, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 18 for probation violation and loitering or prowling. No bond has been set.

Bernetta Jo Bowens, 46, of 4616 Highland Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Feb. 19 for a bench warrant for theft by shoplifting.

Phillip Lamar Byrd, 33, of 445 Bona Vista Lane, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Feb. 19 for probation violation.

Kimberly Cheryl Pittman, 46, of 198 Lytle Road, Rossville, was arrested Feb. 19 for theft by deception. Bond has been set at $5,000.

James Leon Works Jr., 39, of 310 Forest Road, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Feb. 19 for two counts of false imprisonment, two counts of simple battery, cruelty to children third degree and parole violation.

Bernard Stevenson Baggett, 75, of 256 Elm Ave., Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 20 for probation violation.

Jeffery Alan Evans, 29, of 446 Reece Road, Pikeville, Tenn., was arrested Feb. 20 for probation violation.

Kimberly Ann Jones, 32, of 1801 87th Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Feb. 20 for probation violation.

Brittany Nichole Hawkins, 27, of 2752 Hwy 225 Chatsworth, was arrested Feb. 21 for possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, bond surrender for driving on revoked or suspended license, bond surrender for operation of vehicle without current tag, bond surrender for affixing or removing tag to conceal vehicle id and bond surrender for seatbelt violation.

John Martin Payne, 32, of 815 Asterwood St., Rossville, was arrested Feb. 21 for possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, crossing state or county guard line with weapons, intoxicants or drugs, driving on revoked or suspended license and tag light violation.
