COMMUNITY · Ringgold Youth Athletic Association is holding Spring Sports registration Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from Jan. 26-Feb. 9. Weeknight sign-ups are from 6-8 p.m. and from 10 a.m-1 p.m. on Saturdays. Youth soccer for kids ages 3-12 is offered. Fee is $50 for three-year-olds, $80 for older children. ENTERTAINMENT · Ensemble Theatre of Chattanooga (ETC) will open its 2013 season with AVENUE Q. The show will run through Jan. 27; Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Performances will take place at Eastgate Town Center, 5600 Brainerd Road in Chattanooga. CHURCH · Lyerly United Methodist Church will have a free movie night at 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26. The movie “Fireproof,” will be shown. COMMUNITY · The Whitfield-Murray Historical Society will hold genealogy workshops in January and February at the Crown Gardens & Archives. COMMUNITY · The Veterans of All Wars Museum, at 71 Red Belt Road in Chickamauga, will be closed through Thursday, Feb. 28, and will reopen Friday, March 1. The museum has a collection of guns and other memorabilia on display. The museum was founded by Robert H. Honeycutt, a WWII veteran, POW, and survivor of the 800 mile German death march.
