Two charged in Friday’s Hays State Prison murder

As result of the investigation into the death last Friday at Hays State Prison by the GBI and DOC Internal Affairs, GBI agents have obtained warrants today charging Ricardo Beltran-Gonzales and Leonardo Ramos Rodriques with the murder of Nathaniel Reynolds.
