The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during Jan. 4-10, answered 1,479 calls, including 45 that were booked on a total of 145 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Peter Jon Atkins, 38, of 106 Owens Lane, Ringgold, was arrested on Jan. 4 for failure to register as a sex offender. Atkins was released on $5,000 bond.

Jerry Michael Card, 46, of 82 Clover Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Jan. 4 for theft by bringing stolen property into state, possession of Schedule II drugs, drugs to be kept in original container, driving under the influence of al-cohol or drugs, driving on revoked or suspended license. Bond has been set for $17,500.

Phillip Justin Coley, 31, of 82 Leppizan Trail, Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Jan. 4 for probation violation. Coley was released on his own recognizance.

James Lee Gross, 43, of 500 Thomas Drive, Rossville, was arrested on Jan. 4 for probation violation.

Bryan Stewart Yates, 41, of 2177 Baggett Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Jan. 4 for obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers, burglary first degree, hold for other agency. Bond has been set for $7,500.

Joseph Derrick Teems, 43, of 1347 Roach Hollow Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Jan. 5 for probation violation.

Walter Thomas, 45, of 6504 Harvest Run, Harrison, Tenn., was arrested on Jan. 6 for driving on revoked or sus-pended license, taillight violation, possession of Schedule I drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs and drugs to be kept in original container. Bond has been set for $12,550.

Bradley Kent Yates, 40, of 2416 Charleston Square, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested on Jan. 6 for two counts of possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of Schedule I drugs and drugs to be kept in original container. Yates was released on $15,000 bond.

Kiefer Jackson Jones, 20, of 775 Indian Mounds Road, Cartersville, was arrested on Jan. 7 for terroristic threats and acts, three counts of obstruction or hinder law enforcement officers, interference with government property and disorderly conduct. Bond has been set for $18,500.

Stephen Anthony Morrison, 33, of 192 Glandstone Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Jan. 7 for criminal trespass under the family violence act and parole violation.

Janice Denise Rakestraw, 51, of 628 Tunnel Hill Road, Cleveland, Tenn., was arrested on Jan. 7 for theft by shop-lifting, four counts of possession of Schedule II drugs and drugs to be kept in original container. Rakestraw was re-leased on $23,000 bond.

Adreana Michelle Weathers, 33, of 3617 Missionaire Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested on Jan. 7 for obstruc-tion of intersection, theft by bringing stolen property into state, weaving, driving on revoked or suspended license and theft by taking. Weathers was released on $13,500 bond.

Ashley Brooke Foss, 28, of 7260 Igou Ferry Road, Harrison, Tenn., was arrested on Jan. 8 for possession of Sched-ule II drugs and seat belt violation. Bond has been set for $5,000.

Chelsea Lynn Brown, 21, of 115 Williams Ave., Flintstone, was arrested on Jan. 8 for probation violation.

Nathaniel Kenneth Hartwell, 42, of 104 East View Ct., Redbank, Tenn., was arrested on Jan. 8 for criminal attempt to commit child molestation, criminal attempt to commit aggravated child molestation and computer pornography and child exploitation.

Salvador Flores Maravilla, 42, Homeless, was arrested on Jan. 08 for probation violation.

Emily Sarah Tinker, 18, of 1505 Augusta Drive, Dalton, was arrested on Jan. 9 for possession of Schedule II drugs and hold for other agency. Tinker was released on $4,500 bond.

Thomas Adam Hall, 33, of 217 Mineral Ave., Rossville, was arrested on Jan. 9 for probation violation.

Jennifer Helen Lackhouse, 23, of 68 Jonnie Lane, Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Jan. 9 for driving under the influ-ence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana less one ounce, possession of Schedule IV drugs and drugs to be kept in original container. Lackhouse was released on $12,000 bond.

Shauna Christine Wortman, 31, of 57 Cambridge Circle, Rossville, was arrested on Jan. 9 for possession of Sched-ule IV drugs and probation violation. Wortman was released on $4,000 bond.

Sally Jane Dodson, 51, of 334 E Illinois Ave., Whitwell, Tenn., was arrested on Jan. 10 for probation violation.

William Hayden Masengale, 22, of 354 Karen Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Jan. 10 for probation violation.

Jessica Nicole McClure, 24, of 107 Brown Circle, Rossville, was arrested on Jan. 10 for possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of Schedule III drugs. Bond has been set at $9,500.

Ralph Larry Merrill, 47, of 428 Melinda St. Dalton, was arrested on Jan. 10 for child molestation.
