Flintstone native Janie Elizabeth Stallings sang for President Barack Obama, his family and other honored guests at the annual “Christmas in Washington” celebration in Washington, D.C. She was part of an auditioned choir comprised of 120 high school students from the D.C. metro area. “Christmas in Washington” is scheduled to air Dec. 21, at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. and Dec. 22 at 2 a.m. exclusively on Turner Network Television (TNT). Stallings, a former Ridgeland High School student and now a senior at T.C. Williams High School in Fairfax, Va., is the granddaughter of David and Peggy Plummer of Flintstone and Jo Ann and the late Dennis Stallings of Rossville.
