• Between 6 p.m. on Oct. 26 and 10 a.m. on Oct. 27, a criminal damage to property occurred at Lakewood Memory Gardens cemetery on Greens Lake Road in Rossville.

A complaint was filed after a woman discovered that someone had pushed over and broke an expensive statue in the "Garden of Everlasting Life" section of the cemetery.

No employees witnessed the incident, therefore there are no suspects in the case at this time.

Extra patrol was assigned to the location following the incident.

The case was turned over to detective Michael Tinker, who later added that a on Nov. 2, there were still no leads, suspects, or subsequent damage to any property at the location.

•Between Sept. 27 and Nov. 6, a theft occurred from Penske Rentals at 2133 Cloud Springs Road in Rossville resulting in the theft of towing trailer.

The victim told police that between those dates, a silver 2008 model GT200P Tow Dolly Trailer was taken from the lot.

He said he learned of the trailer's disappearance while searching for it during the company's equipment audit.

The trailer was entered into the Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) database as stolen by the Catoosa 911 center.

The case was turned over to detective Freddie Roden.
