These stats are based off of the properties that are being marketed for sale in the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors multiple listing service only. These stats do not include all real estate sales for the month. According to the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, sales for the northwest Georgia area are:

Based on the above stats, there is a small decrease in the total number of sales compared to September sales of 110. There is also a decrease in the total dollar sales compared to September. The median sale increased for October compared to September’s of $99,650.
