According to Maj. Gary Sisk with the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to scene to find 74-year-old James Henry Blevins unresponsive while pinned under a fallen tree.
"According to family members, Mr. Blevins had been cutting trees on his property when the incident occurred," Sisk said in a Tuesday morning news release. "Mr. Blevins succumbed to his injuries at the scene."
