RTC’s Erli to discuss future of technology at Walker Chamber luncheon

Phil Erli, executive vice president of Ringgold Telephone Co., will be the featured speaker at the Walker County Chamber of Commerce’s membership luncheon Oct. 23 at the Walker County Civic Center.

Focusing on water shed events of technology in the future, Erli is a frequent speaker and has addressed many groups associated with the telephone industry. He has also spoken at the International Consumer Electronics Show on the subject of IPTV and addressed the National League of Cities on the futurism in business.

A Promise Walk Community Center will have a featured spotlight table at the event. Attendees will be invited to visit this table during registration and after the event. The spotlight table host will also be given two minutes each to describe their organization during the program.

Door prizes will be sponsored by A Promise Walker Community Center and the Walker County Chamber of Commerce.

The cost to attend is $15 per person for Chamber Members and $25 per person for non-members. Registration includes a meal provided by No Small Affair. Non-Chamber members are required to pay online by Visa or MasterCard at the time of registration. Attendees may begin arriving at 11:30 a.m.; the program will begin promptly at 11:50 a.m.
