LaFayette Middle School's KaDarrin Ramsey turned in a monster game on Thursday as the Ramblers (1-3) picked up their first NGAC football win of the year with a 56-12 pounding on Dade County.

Ramsey had just nine carries, but converted them into 303 yards, four touchdowns, and a two-point conversion. He also caught a 29-yard pass for a touchdown in the rout.

His first score came on the Ramblers' first play from scrimmage as he bolted 78 yards for six points. The Wolverines (1-4) answered with a score to tie the game, but LaFayette would score the next 50 points of the game.

T.J. Dixon capped the next LaFayette drive with a 10-yard TD run, and Ramsey's TD catch on the following possession added to the lead. Ramsey would score three more times on long runs, before Dillon Reynolds' eight-yard TD catch ended the half.

Dade would score their final touchdown on a long scoring pass in the fourth quarter.

Dixon finished with eight carries for 58 yards and a touchdown and a pair of conversions. Jake Shaw had seven carries for 38 yards and a touchdown, while Tyrese Hunter had five carries for 52 yards and added an interception on defense.

Quarterback Logan Teasley was 5-of-6 in the air for 85 yards and a pair of scores, while also completing a conversion pass. Also helping out in the passing game was Bryson Giddy, who had two grabs for 35 yards and a conversion.

LaFayette will play at Chattanooga Valley on Tuesday.
