Caleb Holt, 26, of 8467 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, was arrested Sept. 7 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and speeding.

Russell Jeter, 29, of 114 Van Cleve Street, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Sept. 7 on charges of driving while license revoked, expired registration, failure to obey traffic control device, no insurance and operation of a vehicle with altered plate.

Michael Gerlach, 51, of 704 Roberta Drive Apt. C, Rossville, was arrested Sept. 7 on charges of suspended license, suspended registration and no insurance.

Miranda Howland, 17, of 161 Orchard Drive Apt. B, Rossville, was arrested Sept. 7 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
