COMMUNITY · The 26th annual Summerville–Trion Optimist Club Tennis Tournament to benefit the local Optimist Club scholarship fund will be held Thursday, Oct. 4 through Sunday, Oct. 7, at the Summerville Recreation Center, Trion Recreation Center, and Trion High School. Events scheduled are singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. Adult divisions will be 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and open. Junior divisions will be 18-under, 15-under, 12-under, and 10-under.
