Arrests
Shawn Daniel Llewellyn, 24, of 901 LaFayette Drive, Rossville, was arrested Aug. 10 for possession of Schedule II drugs, drugs to be kept in original container and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Llewellyn was released on $9,600 bond.
Ronnie Lynn Bowman, 35, of 615 Karen Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Aug. 12 for kidnapping, false imprisonment and battery under the family violence act. Bowman was released on $12,500 bond.
Wilma Faye Caudill, 50, of 520 Sunny Acres Drive, Crossville, was arrested Aug. 12 for possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, and a probation violation. Caudill was released on $7,152 bond.
Elizabeth Vannice Clowdus, 52, of 718 Carden Ave., Rossville, was arrested Aug. 12 for obtaining or attempting to obtain controlled substance by fraud. Clowdus was released on $5,000 bond.
James Kevin Sutton, 40, of 1305 McBrien Road, East Ridge, Tenn., was arrested Aug. 12 for terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass under the family violence act, possession of Schedule III drugs, drugs to be kept in original container, harassing phone calls, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and open container. Bond has been set at $20,600. Sutton remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Jordan Michael Banther, 19, of 1109 Hall Memorial Road, Resaca, was arrested Aug. 12 for two counts of criminal attempt to commit aggravated child molestation and computer pornography. Banther was released on $30,000 bond.
Corey Vern Carter, 22, of 911 Carline Road, Rossville, was arrested Aug. 13 for two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of battery and obstruction of a 911 call. Bond has been set at $12,500.
Tommy Trucker Collins, 22, of 83 Deakins Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Aug. 13 for two counts of probation violation, fleeing or attempting to elude, reckless driving, weaving, speeding and failure to obey traffic control device.
Patrick William Forsythe, 17, of 66 Clydesdale Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Aug. 13 for two counts of aggravated child molestation and two counts of aggravated sodomy.
Zachary Adam Haddock, 29, of 8469 Chambers Road, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Aug. 13 for two counts of probation violation.
Donna Frances Perry, 41, of 2316 Janeview Drive, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Aug. 13 for forgery third degree. Bond has been set at $2,500.
Robert Dwayne Walden, 23, of 91 Old Field Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Aug. 13 for burglary first degree, financial transaction card theft and theft by taking. Bond has been set at $12,500.
Kayla Nicole Berry, 23, of 80 Vicki Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Aug. 14 for a probation violation.
Phillips Randal Elkins Jr., 20, of 119 Candra Lane, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Aug. 14 for criminal attempt to commit burglary.
Aeschere Victoria Garmany, 19, of 175 Iowa Ave., Dayton, Tenn., was arrested Aug. 14 for possession of Schedule II and Schedule III drugs. Garmany was released on $9,500 bond.
Zachary Wayne Green, 22, of 111 McOtis Drive, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Aug. 14 for possession of Schedule II drugs and criminal trespass. Bond has been set at $6,000.
Sean Goins Hagan, 45, of 471 Corey Road, Dunlap, Tenn., was arrested Aug. 14 for failure to register as a sex offender. Hagan was released on $5,000 bond.
Matthew Cash Thomas, 20, of 167 Fox Trot Trail, Ringgold, was arrested Aug. 14 for two counts of aggravated assault. Thomas was released on $10,000 bond.
Matthew Amos Turner, 32, of 244 Betsy Lane, Rossville, was arrested Aug. 14 for possession of a firearm by convicted felon, possession of a sawed off shotgun and theft by receiving stolen property. Turner was released on $15,000 bond.
Brad Lee Wayne Jones, 26, of 96 Everette St., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Aug. 15 for sexual exploitation of a child, criminal attempt to commit aggravated child molestation and criminal attempt to commit child molestation.
Rick Wayne Phillips, 47, of Homeless, was arrested Aug. 15 for a probation violation.
William Hurley Sisk, 56, of 686 Mack Smith Road, Rossville, was arrested Aug. 15 for two counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of child molestation and aggravated sexual battery.
Sasha Nicole Carr, 25, of Cloud Springs Road, Ringgold, was arrested Aug. 16 for probation violation.
Janice Nicole Culberson, 37, of 216 Long Wood St., Chickamauga, was arrested Aug. 16 for two counts of financial transaction card fraud. Culberson was released on $7,000 bond.
Brandon Richard Ferrel, 20, of 320 Nawaka Ave., Rossville, was arrested Aug. 16 for probation violation.
Joshua Mitchell Harrell, 24, of 34 Scenic Circle, Ringgold, was arrested Aug. 16 for false imprisonment, battery under the family violence act, bond surrenders for three counts of interference with custody and two counts of obstruction. Bond has been set at $20,000.
Lord Christian Kellett, 43, of 526 Nellie Head Road, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Aug. 16 for probation violation.
Rachel Michelle Roth, 32, of 572 Houston Valley Road, Ringgold, was arrested Aug. 16 for theft by taking. Roth was released on $5,000 bond.
