The contest consists of three preliminary rounds on Sunday, Aug. 5, 12 and 19, at 5 p.m., and a triumphant final round on Sunday, Aug. 26, at 5 p.m. The top acts from the two preliminary rounds will compete in the finals for a grand prize, which includes $500 and the opportunity to open for Confederate Railroad on Sept. 2.
