The following real estate sale statistics are for the month of June. These stats are based off of the properties being marketed for sale in the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors multiple listing service only and do not include all real estate sales for the month.

Based on the above stats, there is an increase in the total number of sales compared to May’s of 111 total sales. There is also an increase in the total dollar sales of over 4.4 million dollars compared to May’s total dollar sales. The median sale for June also increased from Mays’ median sale of $85,500.00
