Agents with the Georgia FBI’s Safe Child Task Force arrested five men in the north Georgia area as part of its ongoing undercover operation to help prevent child predators online.

According to special agent Stephen Emmett, media coordinator for the Atlanta office of the FBI, five men were arrested and charged over a three-day period in Walker, Catoosa and Whitfield counties.

Clinton Stewart, 26, of Doralville, Ga., Robert Swartout, 26, of Hixson, Tenn., Nelson Finch, 55, of Conyers, Ga., Jason Daniel Antti, 40, of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Nevin Cahill, 31, from South Carolina have each been charged with attempted aggravated child molestation and child pornography.

Swartout, Stewart, and Finch were arrested on Thursday, June 7.

Swartout and Stewart were arrested in Ringgold, Finch in Dalton, while Cahill and Antti were arrested on Saturday, June 9, in Chickamauga.

Swartout and Stewart are being held at the Catoosa County jail, Cahill and Antti at the Walker County jail, and Finch at Whitfield County jail.

“These ‘travelers,’ all in the same fashion, came to the attention of law enforcement via on-lie chats wherein the individuals expressed an interest in having sex with a minor child,” Emmett said. “They were arrested when they traveled to and met with undercover agents and officers in furtherance of those interests.”
