Chickamauga man arrested in Fort Oglethorpe for exposing himself

A Chickamauga man was arrested after he allegedly exposed himself to female employees at a Fort Oglethorpe medical center while he was waiting to be evaluated.

According to the Fort Oglethorpe Police Department:

Ronald Kevin Lowery, 28, of Ridgewood Drive in Chickamauga was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 9, on a charge of public indecency (indecent exposure) after allegedly exposing himself and masturbating in front of two female em-ployees at Lookout Mountain Community Services. Lowery has been released from jail on bond.

Shortly after 5 p.m. on Feb. 9 officers were dispatched to the medical office at 1875 Fant Drive in Fort Ogle-thorpe in regards to the complaint.

“The offender (Lowery) was sitting in the lobby waiting to be evaluated, when he got up from his chair and walked into an office in which two female employees were sitting,” officer David McAllister wrote in the report. “Both victims stated that the offender had his penis in his hand masturbating, and asked if they could help him. When I asked the offender what was going on, he stated that he was looking for the restroom.”

Lowery was placed under arrest and transported to Catoosa County jail without incident.

Lowery was arrested on Feb. 2. in Walker County for the same offense.
