Arrests

Jamil Barhoumi, 37, of 315 Wygoda Circle, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Jan. 26 on a charge of giving false statements/writings to police.

Joseph Barhoumi, 30, of 120 Brookside Drive, Caseyville, Ill., was arrested Jan. 26 on charges of felony 1st degree and felony 2nd degree.

Christopher Yarnell, 21, of 1763 Cherokee Valley Road, Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 26 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Joshua Espy, 19, of 309 Park Lake Road, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 27 on a charge of underage consumption.

Octavia Spates, 25, of 92 Cooper St., Lafayette, was arrested Jan. 27 on a probation violation.

David Goldthwaite, 27, was arrested Jan. 27 on an outstanding warrant.

Ashley Mann, 18, of 1148 Connemara Way, Clarksville, Tenn., was arrested Jan. 27 on a charge of driving while unlicensed.

Jack Geer, 26, of 660 Claire St., Rossville, was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance and suspended registration.

Lola Raines, 21, of 2017 Ringgold Road #234, East Ridge, Tenn., was arrested Jan. 27 on a charge of driving suspended.

Nicholas Vandergriff, 24, of 751 Harris Lane, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

David Hamilton, 21, of 2590 Potts Road, Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 28 on a probation violation.

Scott Jordan, 29, of 70 West Patterson Ave., Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 28 on a charge of simple battery.

Jerry Brown, 31, of 36 McOtis Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 28 on a probation violation.

Caleb Reynolds, 19, of 1784 Mission Ridge Road, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 29 on a charge of no insurance.

Deborah Haney, 30, of 4606 Bates Pike SE, Cleveland, Tenn., was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of driving while license suspended and expired registration.

Arlene Monterroso, 29, of 333 Colony Circle, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of suspended registration, no insurance and speeding.

Marie Brown, 32, currently held at Sequatchie County Detention, Dunlap, Tenn., was arrested Jan. 31 on a charge of forgery.

Clint Sparks, 29, currently held at Sequatchie County Detention, Dunlap, Tenn., was arrested Jan. 31 on a charge of forgery.

Billy Gann, 31, of 113 Andrews St., Rossville, was arrested Jan. 31 on a probation violation.
