Spatial effects will entertain in a free concert on Jan. 29.
Spatial Effects will perform at Smith Chapel United Methodist Church in Tunnel Hill on Sunday, Jan. 29. The music will begin at 6 pm. The band is composed of Earl Brackin (mandolin and vocals), Tom Brown (banjo and harmonica), David Crawford (guitar and vocals), and Gary Thompson (fiddle and mandolin). all from the North Georgia area, and Betsy Blankenship (bass and vocals) of Apison, Tenn. Special guest singer John Pitts will also appear with the band.
The band has performed at a variety of venues in the Southeast and opened for Mountain Heart, Claire Lynch, Pam Gadd, and the Lovell Sisters.
