Fort Oglethorpe police arrested a 23-year-old Chickamauga woman after she allegedly became violent towards her ex-husband’s new wife at McDonald’s restaurant.

According to Fort Oglethorpe police reports:

Ashley Raye Booher of 204 East Tennant Circle in Chickamauga was arrested Saturday, Oct. 15, for disorderly conduct after she allegedly started a fight with her ex-husband’s wife.

“The argument between the women started over visitation rights of an eighteen-month-old child,” officer David Gilbert wrote in the report. “The victim suffered scratch marks on her chest area from the offender’s hand when she slapped a drink from her hand.”

Booher was taken into custody and transported to Fort Oglethorpe City Hall, where she paid a cash bond and was subsequently released.
