The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during July 8-14, answered 1,666 calls, including 86 that were booked on a total of 184 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Michael Earl Howard, 39, of 294 S Center St. Rossville, was arrested July 8, for criminal attempt at rape, criminal attempt at incest and two counts of sexual battery.

William Jeremy Acuff, 33, of 165 Peavine Drive Ringgold, was arrested July 8, for a probation violation.

Jeff Gregory Wright, 19, of 93 Drew Lane Tunnel Hill, was arrested July 8, for theft by receiving stolen property and hold for Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office. Bond has been set at $5,000.

Malachi Shahada Matthew Akhtab, 20, of 515 Flagstone Drive Rossville, was arrested July 8, for burglary. Akhtab was released on a $5,000 bond.

John Charles Kirby, 27, of 4600 Briones Drive Cohutta, was arrested July 8, for two counts of burglary and criminal damage to property 2nd degree. Kirby was released on $15,000 bond.

Terry Chase Massey, 23, of 1414 McFarland Ave. Rossville, was arrested July 9, for entering an auto. Massey was released on $5,000 bond.

Ronald Robert Swafford, 20, of 935 Lindsay Ave. Chattanooga, Tenn. was arrested July 10, for two counts of possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of drug related objects, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, weaving and tag light violation. Swafford was released on $10,000 bond.

Mary Ann Fletcher, 41, of 57 Agappa Lane Ringgold, was arrested July 10, for a bench warrant for theft by shoplifting and criminal trespass, a bench warrant for attempt to commit a felony, a bench warrant for theft by shoplifting, a bench warrant for theft by shoplifting and possession of Schedule III drugs and hold for Hamilton County, Tenn. Warrants were vacated and Fletcher released to Hamilton County sheriff’s office.

Thomas Coy Ivester, 21, of 36 Park Drive Rossville, was arrested July 11, for probation violation, entering an auto, battery and a hold for walker county.

Andrew Dale Beavers, 28, of 3383 Utility Road Rocky Face, was arrested July 11, for criminal damage to property 2nd degree and theft of lost or mislaid property. Beavers was released on $7,500 bond.

Kayla Marie Ponders, 20, of 102 Driftwood Lane Dalton, was arrested July 11, for theft by taking. Ponders was released on $5,000 bond.

Macoy Gene Ponders, 21, of 102 Driftwood Lane Dalton, was arrested July 12, for theft by taking. Ponders was released on $2,500 bond.

William Chase Grim, 18, of 409 Cherokee St. Lafayette, was arrested July 12, for possession of Schedule IV drugs, theft by shoplifting, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and violation of temporary license. Grim was released on $9,000 bond.

Steven Kyle McRoy, 19, of 111 Gilbert Drive Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested July 12, for battery and burglary. Bond has been set at $9,000.

Antonio Martez Eastland, 19, of 18 Georgian Court Ringgold, was arrested July 12, for four counts of aggravated assault with motor vehicle, interference with government property, obstruction of law enforcement, criminal trespass, theft by shoplifting and violation of restricted license. Bond has been set at $52,000.

Kayla Michelle Sharp, 17, of 90 Briddle Lane Lafayette, was arrested July 12, for possession of Schedule IV drugs, drugs to be kept in original container, underage possession/consumption alcohol and theft by shoplifting. Sharp was released on $9,500 bond.

Jesse Andrew McNeese, 25, of 2175 Hwy 95 Rock Springs, was arrested July 13, for entering an auto. McNeese was released on $5,000 bond.

Angela Ruth Hale, 36, of 2827 Dayton Blvd Red Bank, Tenn. was arrested July 13, for a probation violation.

Jacob Tyler Burse, 18, of 831 Valley Circle Drive Belleville, Mich. was arrested July 13, for theft by bringing stolen property into state and theft by receiving. Bond has been set at $10,000.

Cedric Ange Joel Gbah, 18, of 1606 W Liberty St. Ann Arbor, Mich. was arrested July 13, for theft by bringing stolen property into state and theft by receiving. Bond has been set at $10,000.

Juante Derazio Williams, 19, of 19302 Greenfield Road Detroit, Mich. was arrested July 13, for theft by bringing stolen property into state and theft by receiving. Bond has been set at $10,000.

William Andrew McNeese, 53, of 2175 Hwy 95 Rock Springs, was arrested July 13, for entering an auto and parole violation.

Mikel Sundace Slaton, 20, of 43 Lamplighter Lane Ringgold, was arrested July 13, for a probation violation.

Jaime Lynn Horton, 35, of 214 Wawona Drive Wildwood, was arrested July 14, for possession of Schedule IV drugs and driving on suspended or revoked license. Bond has been set at $4,000.
