Cole of Rossville and Darla Cole of Flintstone are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter Cari Alexandria Cole to Jeremy Scott Powell, son of Robin and Scott Howard of Ringgold and Stacey and Susan Powell of Chattanooga.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Jean Guess and the late Ernest Guess of Rossville and the late Rosemary Cole and Thomas Cole of Decatur, Ala.

The future groom is the grandson of David and Suzanne Holder of Flintstone.

Both are graduates of Ridgeland High School and attend Georgia Northwestern Technical College. Cole is pursuing a nursing degree. Powell is working toward a business management degree.

The wedding is planned for Friday, June 10, 2011 at Fairview Baptist Church in Rossville.
