Dr. Joshua Paxton of Paxton Family Chiropractic will be hosting a Book Drive for Kids drive through April 30. New patients will receive first-day services in exchange for a donation of a new book or a $10 donation. First-day services include initial screening exam, X-rays, if needed, and personal consultation with Paxton.
Dr. Paxton says the office is “really looking forward to giving something back and helping the children of this community. We love being able to provide our time and talents to people in exchange for their book donation for such an incredible cause.”
Family Crisis Center’s mission is to help troubled families grow to live safe, healthy and productive lives.
Family Crisis Center director Tara Hampton says, “So many times children come to the Family Crisis Center without anything. So by being able to share the gift of reading during a difficult time is just wonderful.”
