Nate Humphrey connected on a buzzer-beater in the paint Tuesday night in Powell, Tenn. to force overtime against visiting Georgia Northwestern, and foul trouble for the Bobcats left them with only four men on the court in the final minutes as Crown College pulled away for a 112-99 win.

After Jesse Moore fouled out with four minutes left in regulation, the Bobcats got some clutch shooting to stay in the game.

Ty Bonds hit a key inside shot, as well as draining a pair of free throws, in the final minute of the game to help send the game to overtime.

But just inside the four-minute mark of the extra frame, Bobcats Matt Woods and Steven Ware both fouled out, and with the Moore already relegated to the bench, it would leave only four eligible players on the court for GNTC for the rest of the overtime period.

Kyle Wilson and Ben Patton piled up 29 and 24 points, respectively, in the loss, with Patton connecting on six 3-pointers.

Moore would end the night with 14 points, eight rebounds, and three assists for GNTC. Humphrey led all scorers with 28 points as Crown improved to 9-11 on the season.

The Bobcats (3-11, 0-6) will now take a few days off before traveling to Warner Robins to face Middle Georgia Tech on Saturday. The Bobcats lost to the Titans at home back n January, 75-67.
