Chic-Fil-A recently conducted a leadership training with the Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School Presidents Club and Principals Advisory Council.

Adam Slaven, general manager at the Fort Oglethorpe Chic-Fil-A, met with Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High students in the culinary arts lab.

“Adam did a great job of sharing their corporate philosophy of servant-hood and giving back to the community, as well as what they look for in their leaders,” said Wayne Weaver, Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High assistant principal and Career Tech and Agriculture president. “It was a wonderful opportunity for our leaders in school to hear from such a successful organization.”

The Presidents’ Club is comprised of presidents and vice presidents of various career tech student organizations such as Future Business Leaders of America; Family, Career and Community Leaders of America; Future Farmers of America; Distributive Education Clubs of America; SkillsUSA; and Health Occupation Students of America.
