Christopher Kelley, 36, of 236 Mineral Ave., Rossville, was arrested Dec. 20 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Dutchess Lykes, 22, of 2114 East 12th St., Chattanooga, was arrested Dec. 20 on a charge of shoplifting.

Denis Kilimnik, 18,of 7605 Boriss Drive, Chattanooga, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, no brake lights and improper taillights.

Kalen Hunt, 19, of 1824 Chattanooga Valley Road, Flintstone, was arrested Dec. 22 on a charge of underage consumption.

Shelly Haynes, 20, of 1930 Old Chattanooga Valley Road, Flintstone, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, underage consumption, open container and failure to maintain lane.

Kayla Andes, 18, of 4088 Highway 341, Flintstone, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of possession of marijuana, underage consumption and permitting unlawful operation of a motor vehicle.

Jessica Metcalf, 17, of 2124 Yankee Road, Menlo, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of underage consumption, disorderly conduct, allowing an unlicensed person to drive and unlawful operation of a vehicle.

Zaris, Neal, 18, of 308 Wesley Drive, Naomi, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while unlicensed, failure to maintain lane, improper left turn, underage consumption and disorderly conduct.

Jasmine Alexander, 20, of 46 Agappa Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 23 on a charge of driving while license suspended.

Robert Purser, 45, of 235 Guyler St., Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 23 on a charge of drinking and disorderly.

Brian Clayton, 41, of 222 South Center S., Rossville, was arrested Dec. 23 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Perry Brannon, 20, of 4012 Hunt Club Circle, Panama City, Fla., was arrested Dec. 23 for failure to appear.

Chad Neal, 22, of 92 Elaine Circle, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Dec. 24 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Carolyn Stevens, 55, of 134 Moulton Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 24 on charges of theft by shoplifting and possession of marijuana.

Austin Taylor, 18, of 507 Mohawk St., Rossville, was arrested Dec. 24 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

James Coleman, 27, of 52 Lillian Drive, Rossville, was arrested Dec. 25 on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Joshua Hodge, 20, of 52 Lillian Drive, Rossville, was arrested Dec. 25 on a charge of possession of marijuana.
