A Rossville man is facing multiple charges of aggravated child molestation after he allegedly engaged in sexual relations with a young girl less than 16 years of age.

According to the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office:

William Hurley Sisk, 56, of Mack Smith Road in Rossville was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 15, and charged with four counts of aggravated child molestation and one count of aggravated sexual battery.

Reports show that officers responded to a complaint on Aug. 12, at which time the victim made the allegations.

“The allegations were made, and the detectives in the case then obtained the warrants for the arrest,” said detective Lt. Chris Lyons. “A bond has not been set yet, because in child molestation cases, a magistrate judge cannot set a bond. The offender will have to hire or have an attorney appointed to them who can then petition to have a bond set by a Superior Court judge.”
