The two left lanes of I-75 South between mile markers 351 and 350 are also expected to be closed on Oct. 2 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
According to Georgia DOT, the lane closures are necessary for maintenance crews to repair the deteriorating asphalt spots on this stretch of the Interstate.
This maintenance operation and the lane closures it necessitates are weather permitting and subject to change.
