WOW!!!! and here it is. I knew this ugly water monster would raise its head one day. My neighbor and good friend is a former employee of Fort Oglethorpe. He has worked in the water and sewer department and he has told me for years that Fort Oglethorpe had a major water loss. He said there has been about a 40% loss for years which traslate to about a quater million dollars a year wasted money. He was told by the department heads and Ron Goulart to keep his mouth shut about the water loss or be fired. Kinda like Jeff Long told his men to keep their mouths shut about the massive pool leak. Who suffers from this kind of dirty secerts and neglect? Us, the tax payers. I commend Mr.Kissner for going to work so fast and aggressive. Keep up the good work Mr.Kissner and keep digging you just might dig up some of the darkest secerts and biggest money losses in Fort Oglethorpe history. We need more people like Mr.Kissner on the council. If anyone truley cares about Fort Oglethorpe and your tax money I would highly recommend putting our full support in Mr.Kissner. These numbers are a fact! You may go down to City Hall and request a copy of the water bill from Tennessee American Water Company.
