One of the world’s premier computer networking manufacturers, Cisco Systems, Inc., has recognized Georgia Northwestern Technical College for the Cisco Networking programs taught to its students for the past decade.

Dr. Dwight Watt has taught the courses at GNTC since 2007.

Georgia Northwestern offers the networking specialist degree and diploma, as well as the Cisco Networking Specialist Technical Communication Certificate in the GNTC Computer Information System labs on Floyd, Gordon, Polk and Walker County campuses.

Dr. Watt has taught similar programs at Pierce College and Heart of Georgia Technical College.

Georgia Northwestern Technical College serves Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Floyd, Gordon, Murray, Polk, Walker and Whitfield counties in Georgia and is the largest college in northwest Georgia.
