Based on the above stats, there is a decrease in the total number of sales compared to June’s of 142 total sales. There is also a decrease in the total dollar sales compared to June’s total dollar sales of $16,560,622. The median sale for July also decreased from June’s median sale of $103,050. Walker County had the largest increase of sales for the month of July compared to June’s total sales at 35.
