For this school year, the art classes will take place in a temporary location until new space is provided.
The Chattanooga arts community is reaching out to help provide Ringgold High School students with the tools to once again create and learn as they enter their temporary classrooms.
A list of supplies is posted on the Friends of Ringgold High School Art Department Facebook page.
Art supplies can be purchased at a discount from Arts Creation and Gannon Art Center.
Items can also be dropped off at Planet Altered Reflections Gallery, Ringgold Art & Frame, Michaels Fine Art and Framing and Allied Arts of Greater Chattanooga.

Donations will be collected throughout the month.
Ringgold High School art teachers will begin to set up their temporary classrooms Aug. 29.
Although over time, insurance will cover inventoried items that cost over $100, it will not cover the majority of the items and consumables that are needed when students return to school in September.
